2026 FSBA ANNUAL MEETING & CONFERENCE 10/22-24/2026

We are already planning for the 2026 ANNUAL MEETING & CONFERENCE

SAVE THE DATE!!!!

Friday & Saturday October 23 & 24, 2026

The conference team is working hard to bring, push and pull another spectacular conference together! The team looked for a central Florida location, so it was manageable for beekeepers from the Panhandle all the way to Key West (DANG our State is big!)

We will be at the Mission Inn Resort, 10400 County Road 48, Howey-in-the-Hills, FL 34737

Experts in the field will share their experiences and offer guidance on navigating the challenges faced by modern beekeepers. Additionally, networking opportunities will allow attendees to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and establish collaborations that could benefit their beekeeping endeavors.

Honey Judging, Vendors, Silent auction, kids zone, and the "Bobcat Derby" with GREAT prices.

2026 HONEY SHOW RULES

Most products from the hive or beekeeping DIY could find a home (and if good enough a ribbon!) in the

2026 FSBA Honey Show!

Samples will be accepted: Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 3 PM until 5:30 PM; and Friday, October 23rd, from 7:30 AM until 10:00 AM.

2026 CLUB BLACK JAR

FOR THE 2026 CONFERENCE We are asking the Florida Clubs to select the "Best in Club" on taste only, submit the winner to Club Black Jar Competition 2026 FSBA Honey Show! Last years winner was Citrus County!!

Samples will be accepted: Thursday, October 22nd, 2026, from 3 PM until 5:30 PM; and Friday, October 23rd, from 7:30 AM until 10:00 AM.

A complete set of rules and information for the club entries will follow!

BOBCAT RODEO

We will be doing a Bobcat Rodeo on Saturday, October 24th. If you want practice time on the Bobcat, in order to improve your odds, there will be some time slots available for purchase.

Silent Art Auction

We will continue The Annual Conference Silent Auction Art/Items to benefit the FSBA Outreach Programs. Any homemade crafts, Art project, Artistic Creation, gift basket etc. will be an awesome contribution to support the program.

2025 Conference SOLD OUT!!!

The 2025 Annual Meeting & Conference was held at the Osceola County

UF/IFAS Extension Complex, it was a great success, we planned it perfectly with the weather (planned it, LOL) and we learned that we need a larger space as we sold out!

2025 Agenda

2025 FSBA conference focused on "The Importance of Honeybee Health and Sustainable Entrepreneurship," targeting intermediate and advanced-level beekeepers. The conference aims to provide attendees with comprehensive tools to enhance their skills in bee health management, sustainable practices, and business acumen. Through a series of workshops, lectures, and interactive sessions, participants will gain insights into the latest research on honeybee health, effective hive management techniques, and strategies for creating sustainable beekeeping businesses.
